Working with Passionate People Who Make a Difference

Jo Taylor

When I joined TalkTalk, I quickly realised I had stepped into a company with an identity crisis. On my first day, I met people who introduced themselves as coming from Carphone Warehouse (Now Currys plc), Tiscali, Onetel, and AOL. Yet, I thought I’d joined TalkTalk.

What followed was one of the most impressive cultural transformations I’ve ever witnessed. Aligning teams, engaging employees, and creating a shared vision is no small feat. But it was a masterclass in how to do it right.

At the heart of that transformation was Jo Taylor A whirlwind of energy, passion, and expertise, Jo put in the right tools and processes to truly engage talent—at every level of the business. From onboarding to leadership development, she helped shape an organisation that not only knew who it was but had a clear path forward.

So when the opportunity arose to work with Jo and Let’s Talk Talent, it was simply too good to pass up. Jo and her team are doing fantastic work, helping businesses unlock the potential of their people across the UK and worldwide.

My role is to help build out Let’s Talk Talent marketing capability, putting data and insight at the heart of decision-making. By introducing greater structure, visibility, and strategic focus, we’re creating the foundations to step-change marketing performance and ensure Jo’s impact reaches even more businesses.

Jo has a rare ability to transform organisations by empowering people. If you’ve worked with her, I’d love to hear your stories—how has Jo helped shape your you, your team, your leadership, or your organisation?

💡 If you’re looking to energise your team, develop your leaders, and create a culture that drives performance, Let’s Talk Talent can help.
